Salman Khan is an Indian actor, producer, television presenter and philanthropist. He’s dubbed one of the world’s highest-paid actors by Forbes magazine. His filmography includes Maine Pyar Kiya (1989), Kick (2014), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015), and Sultan (2016). Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan was born on December 27, 1965, in Indore, India. His father, Salim Khan, is a screenwriter, and his mother is Sushila Charak. He has four younger siblings, Arbaaz, Sohail, Arpita and Alvira. Khan attended The Scindia School, Gwalior, followed by St. Stanislaus High School in Mumbai. He studied at St.Xavier’s College but never completed a degree.

He won a Filmfare Award for best supporting actor for his role as “Aman Mehra” in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998). The film was written and directed by Karan Johar.
